  7. Streamline your bill of material processing with assemblies.  You are allowed
  8. to assemble inventory items for resale from other inventory items and also put
  9. items into inventory from the disassembly of an item.  You increase accuracy,
  10. processing speed and the ability to plan assembly material requirements.  Your
  11. adjustments are entered as transactions and not processed until you post them.
  12. You may enter assembly and breakdown transactions at the same time.  There is
  13. an option to enter nonstandard assemblies or adjust standard assemblies and
  14. multiple units may be assembled or broken down in one transaction. The key
  15. report in Assemblies is the Assembly Requirements Report which gives you all
  16. quantities of assembled items and component items.
